Brian Love drove his No. 04 Fox’s Bakery and Deli Honda Civic to a seventh place finish in the feature on Fox’s Bakery and Deli Fan Appreciation Night.

Love started off the night finishing fourth in both of his heats.

Come feature time, Love would start seventh and avoided a lap two crash in turns one and two to move up to the sixth position.

On the restart, Love would jump up to fourth before finding himself  in a three-wide battle for position on lap four with defending series champion Eric Yorke and Terry Woodley. Both Yorke and Warren Paxton would get by Love to bump him back to the sixth position. Love then dropped back to seventh on lap eight after being passed by Nicole Podewils and then back to eighth on lap nine after being passed by Myles Tyson.

On lap 10, Love battled side-by-side with Lance Foster and the pair battled all the way till the lap 12 caution for Morgan Robson blowing his motor. At the time of the caution, Foster was in front of Love so Love would restart the race in the ninth position.

Love would move up to eighth when Nicole Podewils suffered problems on the restart with her tire falling off the rim.

Love would battle hard on the restart, battling three-wide with Tyler Johnston and Terry Clodd on lap 14 for the seventh position. Love would manage to fend off both Johnston and Clodd and raced hard the second half of the feature to pick up a solid top 10 finish.

As a result, Love sits sixth in points despite missing a night, 32 points behind fifth place.
