After starting the night off on an interesting note, Brian Wilson Jr. would come home with a 13th place feature finish.
The night didn't start off the way Wilson Jr. may had hoped as he would spin off of turn three and ended up parked up on the inside wall. Safety crews worked to remove Wilson Jr.'s car from the wall and the crew made the necessary repairs.
As a rookie, Wilson Jr. would start scratch both heats, finishing eighth in both heats.
He would start the feature off in the 15th position and avoid trouble all the way till his spin with two laps to go. He would keep the car off the backstretch wall, and continue plugging on.
With avoiding trouble and continuing to lay down laps as he continues to learn his new car, Wilson Jr. would come home in the 13th position.
As always, Wilson and team would like to thank their sponsors for their support: Gunk, Scrap Car Towing, Assured Car and Truck Rental, Smurf’s Towing, Canadian Home Renovations, Tufff Transportation, Pete’s Automotive, Stag Automotive, and Terrier excavating and landscaaping.
