After having bad luck last week, Brian Wilson Jr. would complete all 30 laps of the feature and come home with a 16th place finish.

In the first heat, Wilson Jr. started sixth and came home eighth after barely missing an incident on lap seven involving Dan Archibald and Paul Geniole Jr.

In the second heat, Wilson Jr. started third and came home eighth once again.

In the feature, Wilson Jr. started on the pole, though quickly fell back through the field as the handling was slightly off on the No. 00 Assured Car and Truck Rental, Smurf's Towing, Canadian Home Renovations, Tufff Transportation, Gunk, Pete's Automotive, Stag Automotive, Terrier Excavating and Landscaping, and Scrap Car Towing Cutlas. He would fall down a lap to Cayden Lapcevich, but kept going and was able to come home with a 16th place finish.

Wilson Jr. now sits 13th in points, 32 points out of the top 10.

Wilson will be back at Sunset Speedway this weekend with hopes that his luck will turn the corner. Make sure to come out to Sunset Speedway next weekend to support Brian Wilson Jr. and Wilson Motorsports.
