Eric Yorke would battle hard on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway to finish third in the feature.

He would finish third in his first heat, followed by a second in the second heat after being passed late in the race by Billy Swartzenburg.

Yorke started in the 12th position and made his way up to the fifth position by the lap four caution for Lucas Wolf spinning out. He would then pass Brendan Adams before the next caution at lap six to move into the third position.

For the rest of the feature, Yorke would battle his way through lap traffic to finish third behind Brandon McFerran and Swartzenburg.

As a result, Yorke sits third in points, 47 points behind leader Warren Paxton.
