Terry Woodley Finishes 12th at Sunset Speedway
Terry Woodley would race hard on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway to finish 12th in the feature.
He would start off the night by finishing sixth and fourth in his heats.
He would then start eighth in the feature, moving into fifth on lap two. He would drop back to sixth on lap six after being passed by Ben Melenhorst. Ben’s little brother Billy would pass Woodley on lap eight, to drop him back to seventh. With some of the quicker cars continuing to make their way to the front, Woodley would be back to 10th by lap 10. He would drop back to 11th on lap 13 after being passed by Eric Yorke. Brian Love would slip past Woodley with five laps to go to drop Woodley back to 12th.
Woodley would race hard the final five laps, maintaining the 12th position to pick up a solid top 15 finish.
