Terry Woodley Finishes 16th in Autumn Colours Classic Feature
After having to run the B-Main, Woodley would start deep in the field for the 50 lap Autumn Colours Classic Mini Stock Feature and work his way through the field to finish 16th.
Woodley started off the weekend by starting fifth in his heat. However, after the field was slowed up behind the slow car of Damon Pogue, the 13 would make contact with Woodley, causing Woodley to go around. The spin caused more problems and Woodley would have to pull off before the end of the heat, resulting in a DNF.
On Saturday, Woodley started ninth in his heat and worked his way through the field to finish sixth.
However, due to the DNF on Friday, Woodley would have to run the B-Main late Saturday night. Woodley ran solid throughout the entire B-Main, finishing third to transfer into the main event.
The feature was scheduled to run on Sunday, however would be delayed to Monday due to rain. Based on his qualifying effort, Woodley started the 50 lap feature in 25th. The action started right away on lap one with Doug Butler and Chance Isherwood being involved in a wreck at the front of the field, moving Woodley up to 22nd.
Once the green flag came out, Woodley dropped back two spots to 24th by lap five, however was back up to 22nd by lap 15. The second caution would fly on lap 17 for Dan Britt and Charlie Smith getting together, moving Woodley up to 19th.
Woodley would drop back to 20th shortly after the restart, however would get back to 19th on lap 38 as John Vandyk headed down pit road. The third caution flew on lap 40 for Cory Young spinning. With 10 laps to go, Woodley ran in the 19th position.
The first restart saw Miles Tyson have problems, bumping Woodley up to 18th. Woodley then used the final 10 laps to get by two more cars to finish 16th overall.
